A UCLA graduate with a Bachelor's in International Relations, Emmanuel is the founder of Paraguay Resident. Based in Asunción and a Paraguayan resident himself, he made the same choice he now offers his clients: he knows every step of the process because he went through it. Since then, he has guided hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors and digital nomads to their tax residency, with one simple principle: a single point of contact, deadlines kept, no bad surprises. Fluent in French, Spanish and English and on site year-round, Emmanuel personally oversees every file from the first call to the delivery of your tax certificate.

A French entrepreneur with an international background, Hadrien holds a double Master's in Finance from King's College London. Settled in Paraguay, where he obtained his own residency, Hadrien brings our clients his vision of international structuring and the high standards of a seasoned entrepreneur.
