Your Investor Pass checklist
- Valid passport (over 6 months remaining)
- Clean criminal record, apostilled (under 3 months)
- Apostilled birth certificate (under 3 months)
- Apostilled civil status certificate if married, divorced or widowed (under 3 months)

What investment amount is required?
It depends on the route. In real estate, USD 200,000, of which 30% paid at filing is enough to obtain permanent residency, the balance settled over the following 2 years, including off-plan. In financial instruments, USD 200,000. For a tourism project, USD 150,000. For an entrepreneurial project creating 5 local jobs, USD 70,000.
How fast do I get my permanent residency?
About 15 days after filing in Asunción. That is the whole difference with the classic path, which goes through 2 years of temporary residency first.
Is the Investor Pass right for everyone?
No. If you were not planning to invest, our classic temporary residency package (from USD 1,600) remains simpler and cheaper. The Investor Pass makes sense if you were going to invest anyway, or if direct permanent residency matters to you. In doubt? Contact us, we will review your situation.
Does the fee include the investment?
No, it is our all-inclusive fee. The amount invested goes into an asset you own, produces income and can be resold.
Is it legal and regulated?
Yes. The residency regime is set by migration law 6984 of 2022, and the investor route runs through a constancia de inversionista issued by the MIC via SUACE. Rules evolve with regulation, we lock the exact figures on official sources at the time of your file.
Is permanent residency guaranteed?
No administrative decision can be guaranteed 100%. What we guarantee is a compliant file, pre-checked item by item. That is what explains our 100% approval rate to date. We only launch your file if your profile passes our checks.
What about my 0% tax residency?
Included. After the permanent card, Cédula then RUC activate the territorial regime: 0% on foreign income, 10% on local income. Everything about tax residency in Paraguay.
